  • Email address and name — used to create and manage your account

  • User-generated content — patterns you save, notes you write, collections you create, resources and groups you share with the community

  • Photos or videos — images you choose to upload for community resources, groups, or businesses

  • Search history — your pattern searches, used to improve your experience

  • Purchase history — record of your app purchase

How We Use Your Information

All data collected is used solely for app functionality — to provide you with a personalized fiber arts companion. We do not sell your data. We do not display ads. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to operate the app (Supabase for secure data storage, Ravelry for pattern data via their public API).

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase. We retain your data until you delete your account.

Third-Party Services

Knitwise uses the Ravelry API to search and display pattern data. Ravelry's privacy policy applies to data accessed through their platform.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at erin@feralscene.com.

Children's Privacy

Knitwise is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
