Cottage Industry Collaboration for the Twice Sheared Sheep Knitter Advent Box
I”m so happy to be on this side of this project to be able to tell you all about this exciting collaboration we got to be a part of with two of my all time favorite lady run fiber arts empires. CHY was asked to contribute to two boxes for the cult fav knitter advent box from twice sheared sheep. This advent box is designed not just to be one more project you feel guilty about not finishing during the holidays but rather a box full of surprises and little treats to make your day all though out December. While all of these boxes are sold out this year ( a record number) I’m sure you can join Dawn’s Knitter Club and be in the know for next year.
Now that the boxes have been open it’s safe for me to spill the beans. Our contribution was 1000 mini cakes of Galler Yarns Wow. This was a full staff tremendous undertaking to pull off and we’re so excited about it. Not only did we get to be in this super exclusive knitter advent box but we got to show off our grand new Galler W.O.W yarn which was created because Star the owner really loves me and I told her it was my dream 1 ply yarn. Every person got two mini cakes in 2 different colors to make this fabulous custom hat!
